Good morning pholks! The trick for me today is to get my butt packed for Key West, then I will have time to enjoy some treats later on! At least will have an extra hour to enjoy those treats tonight! Sure hope this plan comes to pass!

Good morning. Almost 11:00 and no trick or treaters at my door yet. That continues the trend of my first 2 Halloweens here when I had a total of approximately no trick or treaters either year.

Trick or treat BN!
No kids in my building. I looked out the window and saw a few kids going into a store already.

Trick-or-treating is supposed to be done in low-light situations; not in broad daylight. Back when I trick-or-treated we didn't even think of going out until late afternoon/early evening.
Of course, that was also in the good old days when air was clean, sex was dirty, and the worst thing a kid had to worry about at school
(other than that pop quiz the teacher sprung on you and that you weren't ready for) was someone sneaking up behind him and giving him a wedgie.

It's raining — if it were much colder it might try to snow — and we don't get any TorTers in my complex anyway.

Ah yes, I remember the good old days, when sex was safe and SCUBA Diving was dangerous.

Waiting for the Empire State Building Halloween light show encore. It must be crazy at Citi Field. It's Halloween *and* the World Series.

Evening BN!
Stopped by my mom's after work to check out kiddie's in costumes. Most were pretty cute!
Had to stop by liquor store for me(before mom's) & they had airplane bottle of Blue Chair Bay on clearance for $1 so I picked up a pack to hand out to parents (or anyone that said they were over 21

).
Was it just me, or did anyone else notice that most kids DID NOT say 'trick or treat'...almost all did say thank you so I let it go. Just wondering.
Anyway, happy to be back to my 'normal' day shift (for now), night shift is for the birds!!
