Hello Folks !

I took a vacation day today and so far have dropped one car off for a recall service (driver's air bag) and surprise!!! they are recommending $400 in "maintenance" work . Still talking that over with Kevin.

Then to the gym, drugstore and now back home before heading to a dr appt after lunch. Then it's time to relax before starting Thanksgiving Day dinner prep.

It's a beautiful day here in Pennsylvania -- I'm glad I'm away from work and able to enjoy it !

Morning BNers 8)

Guess I need to make sure the turkey breast is thawed????

If we didn't live on the Gulf Coast, I would swear it was going to snow.
Very ugly skies.....but it is warmer.

Hiya everyone!

It was a partly sunny day in Michigan but mid 40's. Came out of work to see a bunch of snow melting and the smell of "Spring." A huge part of me was really wishing we were heading out for Easter Break instead of Thanksgiving break.

I am nursing a cup of ice cream which feels good on my scratchy throat and watching a deer munching on apples in our backyard.. Very glad I went to work even though I felt like crap and was told a few times to go home. I got a lot of paperwork done and was able to help make plans for kids who agreed to give school one more shot. That, in itself, made going to work with a terrible cold worth it.

I hope you all have a super holiday weekend.
well, ummmmmmm, yah, I guess I better come up with something witty to put in this spot since everyone is reading it.......

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. It was another beautiful day here, made it into the low 60s. I spent the day strolling around Brookgreen Gardens instead of going to the state park again. Since I was out all day, I haven't eaten since breakfast. Time to forage for food, then sort through my pictures and see how many I want to delete.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here
