Although if you're in America (the upper Midwest, specifically) you might want to go to Milwaukee and pay a visit to the well-known spy-themed bar, the Safe House, today.  Starting at 3:00 PM CT (which would be 12 midnight in Moscow) they will be toasting the New Year every hour on the hour as midnight moves its way west.
4 PM = midnight in the Greek Isles
5 PM = midnight in Paris and Rome
6 PM = midnight in London
(a couple hours off as the timeline crosses the Atlantic)
9 PM = midnight in Rio de Janeiro
10 PM = midnight in Bermuda
11 PM = midnight, east coast of US
12 PM = midnight in Milwaukee

Hi Sang. There's a place here called the Market Common and they do a "Southern Times Square" for New Year's Eve - live music, food and a ball drop. But their ball drop is a big disco ball hanging from a crane. I went 2 years ago and it was a lot of fun but the forecast for today is 80% chance of rain during the day and 90% tonight so I'll probably sit on the couch with a frosty adult beverage and watch college football.
