Bangor, I think is very expeensive. Not sure on Portland.

It's about 3 to 4 hours north of Boston.
That was going to be my next question. If he does Thursday in Bangor and Saturday in Mansfield, how long would it take us to get down there.
It's a haul, probably 6-7 hours. But whaddah road trip!

Probably towards 4 hours going from Bangor to Mansfield but about the same time frame.

On a Friday? In the summer? Heading toward the Cape? I don't think so.

Agreed...the further North you fly, the more $$$ it is. The prices vary dramatically when leaving out of Boston compared to leaving out of Portland.

That is why I take 495. Google says longer, but traffic moves faster.

Depends on what time you leave. Leave around 9, you could get to the MA border around lunch.

I imagine the parade of cars from Bangor to Mansfield will be unprecedented.

Should we have the lead car with the BN flag and we have that parade?

Don't forget the State Liquor Store. It will be like a family reunion.

I'm in. Booked a room at the Country Inn at The Mall 4 miles away for $115. The Residence Inn was over $300.
The show is listed as a 7pm start time so another opening act on this tour. Really hoping it is not ZZ Top for the whole tour.

My wife's parents own a vacation home outside of Bath Maine on Georgetown Island about 90 min from Bangor. Looks like I'll be staying there a day or two before this show rather than drive 5 hours all at once.
I just need to make sure they haven't already rented it for that week
