We have had those seats the last 5 years. I get the VIP packages. We were able to upgrade them forb6th row this year. You won't be disappointed, you have space to dance and the view is great. Hope you got the parking passes too!!

Yes - got the whole package - VIP parking, VIP Courtyard, in seat service and MOST importantly (for my wife LOL) is the VIP private bathrooms.irshfiregrl wrote:We have had those seats the last 5 years. We probably won't use the VIP Parking as we are meeting friends in the Premium lot. The VIP Parking pass is attached to one of the tickets. I scored an Premium lot parking pass separately. Wish there was a way to sell or transfer the VIP Parking - but it's attached to the ticket. Being with our friends is more important than being a hundred yards closer.

Hey I could use that parking pass for VIP... would you want to somehow exchange two hard tickets?? I hate how they stamp them on the end!!! I'll give you a little cash with it too if you like. I just need to get one more car in with us.

Did I read that someone is bringing a grill? If so are there any plans for a food potluck? If no one is bringing a grill then disregard.

Re: Who's Going to Great Woods? 8/20/16
May be a dumb question but it may be that I missed something....
Never in the past have we ever paid any attention to the alcohol policy at GW. We came, we ate, we drank, we cleaned up, saw the show and went home happy.
My wife and I missed the last 2 years at GW - and it seems (I may be wrong or missed it in the past) but listed on the Xfinity Policy page, I saw the following:
"Tailgating - Patrons are welcome to picnic in the parking lot or any grassy area prior to entering the ticket gates. Town of Mansfield bylaws prohibit the consumption of alcohol in our parking lot. Any patron violating the bylaw risks eviction from the property. All alcohol must be purchased inside the ticket gates by our concessionaire, Sportservice, and requires proper ID".
Is this new or has this always been the case? At past shows, we've watched with amusement, the undercover folks mingle and basically catch the underage drinkers - usually giving them opportunity to dump it/pack up their tail gate and go inside or be evicted/arrested.
In years past we have brought our mini-port-a-potty/privacy tent that we set up next to our vehicle. It seems they have banned those too. We've always left our spot as clean or cleaner than we arrived, never dumping anything.
Any insight or is this the norm?
