Morning Bill & BN!

Not to damper the thread but in Prince William, the county just north of where I work, an officer was killed last night while on a domestic call. It was her 1st day in the field, she had worked for the department a few years ago but not in the field. 2 other officers were also shot and flown out. The female involved in the domestic was also killed but they got the bad guy.

I saw that on the news , crazy with all the police shootings as of late , no respect for authority...

Oh dear...I saw that on the news Andrea. Didn't realize it was that close to you. Prayers for all involved that they can find healing in this terrible time.

Thanks guys. It makes me angry that this is the world we live in but it is.
Although I did not know Officer Guindon, I do have friends who work for that department.
Good thoughts & prayers are much appreciated!

Evening pholks.A former student is now a fishing buddy.He has permanent back damage from a drunk t-boning his state police car.Officers put their life on the line every day.I salute them.
On a happy note,our club sponsored a free swim at the high school pool today.MacDonalds gave us coupons for a free cone to hand out.Of the hundred kids and adults,all thanked us when leaving.
