Tweeter Center Boston/Great Woods - On Sale 3/23

The Margaritaville.com website now lists March 23 as the onsale date for the two Great Woods shows (Tweeter Center Boston)

The Tweeter Center Box Office announced earlier: NO BUFFETT TICKET SALES TOMORROW!. The number for the Box Office is: 1-508-339-2331

I have an old college friend that works for the Boston Herald, I just emailed her some of the BS that has been going on between the three (Margartiaville, Ticketmaster and The Tweeter Center) maybe they will do a story about it!

Maybe someone at Margaritaville should call this # because they still have 3-16 listed as the on sale date!

I'm glad you've got some press contacts. I tell you this - if when we finally get tickets they sell out suspiciously fast (e.g. Atlanta, where 75% of the seats were already gone before onsale), I'm calling in the big guns - the AG, the BBB - and Hank Phillipi Ryan (for non-Bostonians, Hank is a local TV consumer reporter).

Hi all,

I just got off the phone with a very nice lady named Melissa from Margaritaville. They still have not officially heard anything about the onsale. I let her know that Great Woods is saying that there is no onsale on their recording, and that TM is saying that they have no information on *their* recording. Melissa said that they have been working the phones, and have contacted Jimmy's manager regarding this issue. They would like to resolve it today. As soon as they have any information, it will be posted on the Web site.

It sounds to me like M-ville is doing everything they can to resolve this mess. I'm still not sure that they aren't at least parly responsible for the mixup, but they are making efforts to try to keep the fans in the loop.

Just checked margaritaville.com website it now lists March 23 as the onsale date. Love and Lots of Luck!!!!

It's only Tuesday and the TM site actually has it listed already!

Onsale time is NOON, btw... (That will separate them from the Mellencamp tickets.)
