The most Ive ever done is tweet out request to @margaritaville and @margaritavilleradiothis obviously doesn't work
although I did get one of billy Joel's band members to like a tweet of my suggestions .... so people do read it

This is a little off topic. I went to the Margaritaville restaurant in the Bahamas a few months back. I was there for about 2.5 hours. Drank and had a decent time. But one problem I had was that they played barely any Buffett. They told me "corporate" picks the songs.
Some say be happy he still does shows. This makes no sense to me. There are plenty of other artists his age and older who still tour. Fact is Jimmy has never played to his parrothead fan base. He plays for the partyheads and the tourists, because that is where the money comes from.

That's the guy, he also run the Buffettnews Facebook page. The version that is more like a discussion board, not the all news one. Both pages are the same, just used for different purposes.

based on the bing and bong show from pre show Camden sounds like Jimmy hit his "hurt" arm on his microphone and he called the show early. and "early" only seemed to be 2-3 songs short.

Just spoke to a buddy parrot head who was at jones beach and said it was an awesome show. He missed the acoustic encore like most of us but he said other than that minor thing it was solid. Seems like a matter of perspective....
