good morning!

Wow, that would be a grand place for coffee this morning. I am under a blanket and getting ready for a second cup as well at open the blinds. I hope the sun comes out today--been a cloudy gloomy few days in Michigan.

Good morning.

I went to the Myrtle Beach Train Depot for a concert last night. Until just a few weeks ago, I didn't know there was a Myrtle Beach Train Depot. I did a little web surfing when I got home and found out it's on the National Register of Historic Places. :o

The concert was sponsored by an organization called South By Southeast, SxSE for short, that raises money for local music education programs. I had dinner before I left for the show but if I ever go to another SxSE event I'll wait until I get there to eat. They had food, including dessert, beer, wine, soda and bottled water and it's all included in the ticket price, which was only $30.

Good morning BN, nothing planned for the day. I was going to the Snowball Derby at the speedway today but it's going to be a washout due to all day rain forecast. Guess I'll have to find a football game to watch.

That actually looks like a nice small venue, HOG.

Very small, it holds about 150 people. They have folding chairs but it's general admission, no assigned seats. And the free beer was from New South, the only craft brewer in Myrtle Beach.

I think I might go back there during the day sometime just to walk around and get a better look at it.

The outside is very generic/nondescript but get a good band in there and it's like having them in your living room.

Ahoy! I fished, but it is coldddddd in a boat these days. I face 3 months of no boating, so I'm desperate. I'm going tomorrow as well. It may get 3 degrees warmer. The high will be 42. :D
