I did the same thing on Google. I'm debating, either La Quinta or Comfort Suites.

Comfort Suites is a nicer hotel and they have had free beer, wine and snacks for Buffett in the past. We booked Friday and Saturday.

Comfort Suites & La Quinta are already sold out. Only place left right now close by is Red Roof Inn. Lawn sold out almost instantly, again. Still some of the upper pavilion seats left, but $100 each more than lawn.
