We're ready.
I've set up a GOFUNDME page so all of our PH friends can send us there as "test subjects".
We'll be sure to report back on how it goes

Most of the people who retire in Florida are wrinkled and they lean on a crutch...
Pretty funny. That guy, whatever his name is, the partner, said there were big plans to expand the brand. I guess this qualifies.

Lara Spencer, the Good Morning America person in the blue dress in that video, has come a long way from being a general assignment reporter on a small cable station on Long Island about 20 or so years ago - News 12 Long Island. She was known as Lara Van Seelen back then.

you would go to visit , or go to be buried?? Actually I don't think they bury in Florida due to the ground being rock. Not totally sure on that

Homes from the low $200,000s to $350,000. I wonder how much of the price is a premium because
"OMG, IT'S JIMMY'S RETIREMENT COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!!"

As Sloppy Joe's has a Hemingway look a like contest, they could hold a Buffett look a like contest.
Too bad my mother in law passed. She was bald enough to enter this one.

I used to have the same glasses as Buffett but I would never enter a look a like contest. I'm much more HOG-alicious.

Maybe less that and maybe more quality/brand reputation, same as the resorts. What are the amenities? What's the quality? If he is selling the lifestyle brand he can't just slap his name on everything and anything. And this surely won't be the first, I would imagine he is planning them in many locations.

Granted, I'm about 24 to 30 years away from retirement, this seems a bit cheesy, and really lame.

So this retirement community will be finished before
1. Treasure Chest (or whatever it was called, his early recordings pre-Barnaby Records)
2. The live video recorded in New Orleans during the ASPOL tour
3. The Margaritaville game... or app... or whatever it was to be
is/are released!
