Good morning. Rain is coming down in buckets. Today is the granddaughter's last day of school.
She moves up to 6th grade next year. As per our tradition I'll be blasting "School's Out" by Alice Cooper
when I pick her up. She loves it.

Good morning. After being rained out Tuesday, the Pelicans had a doubleheader starting at 5:00 yesterday. I didn't go to the games but it rained pretty much all night and they still played. They won both games, I hope they can keep the momentum going since I'll be at tonight's game, it's Pirate Night.

Good morning BNers, another beautiful day on the Gulf Coast. Looks like a good day to head to the Flora-Bama and swing by The Wharf in Orange Beach to check out the marina.

Not a nice day here, Rainy and cool. Looks like no golf tonight.

Ahoy! I met friends for some fishing in the most isolated part of Pennsylvania. On rural highways, I saw 7 traffic lights in 120 miles. We stayed in a small cabin that resembled a big utility shed. It was new, clean and 60 bucks a night. It rained. I left after one night.

I think we've seen the sun for about 3 hours in the past 2.5 weeks. well, maybe that's a slight exaggeration....let's say 4 hours.

Thanks, Bill! Two interviews so far, two different places, just waiting on replies.

It should be a beautiful night at the ballpark, 75 degrees with a nice breeze. And the Pelicans are playing the team with the worst record in the league.
