Good morning Rabz. I'm on an island that raises 1600 feet out of the Atlantic, making it the highest point on the Eastern seaboard. I watched 2 young men scuba diving from a rocky beach after hauling gear down a long drop. It looked like a big effort to scare a lobster.

Some of the efforts you go to, can return many rewards, just in the satisfaction of getting out and having a go.
In my younger days, we scaled down cliffs (and back up), or lugged gear kilometres through the scrub or jungle, just to see what was in the water.
I am a bit more discerning these days... (and more mortal).
We must SAVE THE BOOBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was stationed on a very small island in the Pacific from 1977-78 and we used to watch blue footed boobies and albatross do their
mating dances all the time. Funny as hell.

Good morning.
Friday night at the CCMF, I bought a t-shirt that had all the artists listed on the back. I didn't really take a good look at it until yesterday morning. The first 3 artists listed at the top were Jason Aldean (tonight's headliner), Darius Rucker (Friday's headliner) and Montgomery Gentry (Thursday's headliner for the Kick-Off Concert). Kenny Chesney (last night's headliner) was nowhere to be found. When I got to the festival grounds yesterday afternoon I went to the merch tent and asked one of the people behind the counter about it. She said Chesney wouldn't allow them to put his name on any of the official CCMF merchandise. If you want anything with Chesney's name on it you have to go to the artists' merch tent and buy his stuff.

[sarcasm] I bet the non-Chesney fans ran to his merch table. [/sarcasm] I really hope that wasn't true.
Morning BN. Going to a free music fest with George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic. In 93 degree weather (it's too soon for that!).

Good afternoon. My youngest daughter and her husband had a cookout yesterday. About a dozen people there.
Her husband stood a wooden picnic table on it's end and they started throwing a large double bladed axe at it.
Distance was a little over thirty feet. I got talked into giving it a try (who wouldn't!) and nailed it on my first and
only attempt while my eldest daughter recorded on her phone. My girls were proud of me and their friends were impressed.
Yes, beer was involved.

Yep. This is a video of my team's 40th anniversary picnic two years ago. I'm the large guy in the white
Hawaiian shirt and black ball cap. I come into the picture a little late and wind up on the far right.
I was still recovering from a broken ankle so I'm limping a little.

"Hold my beer and watch this." (I know, I'm late to the party but I was out all day and I walked out without my phone.)
