We are on our 6th day straight of 90+ degrees.....it's pretty darn hot in these here parts.

Good morning.

If the Pelicans didn't have fireworks after the game last night, I would have left early again. They lost 12-3 and it wasn't as close as you would think. The game that I did leave early they lost 14-6. The same pitcher started both games, he pitched a total of 6 innings and gave up 13 runs and 20 hits.

It might be time to give him a rest. During the game they made an announcement that you could take your ticket stub from last night's game to the box office and get buy one get one free tickets for tonight's game. As bad as they played, I wonder how many people took them up on that offer. I didn't.
