It was awesome to see Hollywood on Bing and Bong Saturday night! He's very photogenic
We are going camping today! I haven't been camping in five years. No worries, I have 5 strong men to do all of the work while I read, float, and watch the birds.
It's good to be Queen in the wilderness. Of course, I'll be doing laundry for days afterward.

Good morning. No plans today, other than taking a trip to the recycling center then going grocery shopping. Maybe I'll go out for lunch later.

G'morning Linda, Bill, Colleen, Larry and Deb!! Nothing happening here today, again. And it's gonna be another hot one with temps close to 100.

Well, off to lunch and then a stop at the ballpark to exchange my ticket from a game that was rained out 2 weeks ago.

Have an early eye Dr. Appt today.
Walked out the door and it was starting to rain.
By the time I got about a mile from the house, it was raining harder
By the time I got to I45, it was pouring.
Soon the water was over the feeder roads
I managed to get to the Dr office but it was touch and go.

Of course, when I finished my appt, it was drying up.

what do you take to the recycling center? Our bottles, cans & plastic are picked up at the curb with our regular trash.

what do you take to the recycling center? Our bottles, cans & plastic are picked up at the curb with our regular trash.

They don't recycle at my condo so I take all my cans, bottles, newspapers, magazines and junk mail. If I order anything online and have cardboard boxes, I take them too.

We have a place down here called the River City Cafe, it's sort of the restaurant equivalent of a dive bar but they have great burgers. There are 5 locations, I've been to 2 of them, and one of the ones I haven't been to is down the road from the Pelicans ballpark. I went to the box office and exchanged my ticket from the rained out game, then I was going to go to River City but when I got there the parking lot was full. It's near downtown Myrtle Beach and on street parking is all metered. I didn't have a pocket full of quarters so I turned around, went back up the road towards the ballpark and went to Tilted Kilt instead. I have to be careful when I go there now. They don't have pint glasses anymore, their beers are 20 oz.

I worked 8 hours on set design and came home to pork chops cole slaw and hot veggies. A cannoli from Cincy topped it off. yum.............
