Good morning. I meant to stop at the state park when I was out yesterday, my annual pass expired at the end of June and I wanted to wait until after the 4th of July to get the new one so all the vacationers would be gone (there's a campground at the park). I have a reason to go out in the heat and humidity today. Starting this year I qualify for the senior citizen discount.

Larry, I am glad you avoided the extra fees and the extra people.

Today is Buffett Day in Michigan but I have been busy with kid and family stuff so I am not going. I keep watching the front row tickets which keep dropping in price on the resale shops and debating about going. I would have to decide and get on the road in the next hour in order to have a few minutes in the parking lot before the show starts........so tempting but tomorrow the younger keet gets her braces on so I guess I will do the right thing and stay home to make her her "last meal" as she has been calling it.
