Morning Linda & BN.
We were supposed to get a storm last night but it didn't happen. Pretty humid out there right now but the guessers say the rest of the week is gonna be gor-geous. Lower 80's with low humidity! Headed to the lake today to figure out which water sport I'll enjoy the rest of the week

Good morning.
My next ballgame isn't supposed to be until Friday when the Foodie Friday promotion is Aug-toberfest, but I might have to buy a ticket to tonight's game, it could be historic. The Pelicans manager has been managing in the minor leagues for about 25 years and according to an article on their website, his next win will be the 2,000th of his career.

Aloha Linda, Andrea, Larry, Debbie, and all of my late sleepers!
It was a steambath here yesterday, but we had T-storms lat night, and the cool sunny weather has ARRIVED! Low humidity, lovely. Shopping for #3's back-to -school. He is leaving for V-Tech on Friday. Will miss him, we had a lovely summer. But we will be heading down for a Hokie football game in the autumn so there's that to look forward to!

Now that's quite the accomplishment!
No big humidity here. It's about 50%. Lots of haze from smoke from fires in surrounding states.

Ahoy!
Weather, smeather. I spent my day painting in a 5x7 closet while a contractor hooked up my generator.
This weekend I head to the New York state fair to see The Beach Boys, Lynnrrd Skynnrrd and Earth Wind and Fire.
It's not anywhere near a Buffett trip, but it will do.

You go Bill.
Is that 5 x 7 closet in the "new" guest room ?
Yep! It's the old guest room newly painted and relieved of excess clutter.

Rained so hard I had my wipers on full blast getting to the lake. Decided to keep the ski on the trailer & ride on the boat. We stopped at a bar on the lake, had 2 drinks & by then it was just cloudy so we proceded south chasing the clearing skies. Ended up a sunny & lovely afternoon/evening on the lake
Saw an eagle &, as I do now when I see them, thought of Bill

Cool! They are wondrous.
Yes they are! Was talking to Colleen about seeing them so often here & I realize I take it for granted
