Re: Important Message regarding Concert Recordings!!!

Hello Everyone,
I guess it's time to break my silence as I've been exceptionally mum about the situation and address my two cents on the matter. First and Foremost, it is truly heartbreaking to see this even arise and take a kind gesture and try to use it for financial gain. As many of you here are aware, I am very humble when it comes to the Parrothead community and sharing these concert videos and such other media. I would never have commented on this publically in this matter, but after reading the very kind private message by Martyritaville, this fire in me was lit to properly comment. Martyritaville told me that within the Parrothead Club he is in, these videos have become a mainstay for those whom can't make the real show or can't figure out how to use MargaritavilleTV. Messages like that are the payment that I love to see. Knowing that I am brightening someone's day with the videos are what sets the drive for me to rip these shows. Selling the shows to make a profit DOES NOT - It actually makes me want to pull content. So please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE A PROFIT OFF THESE RECORDINGS. WE WILL FIND OUT AND WE WILL TAKE PROPER STEPS IF NECESSARY. DO NOT RUIN IT FOR OTHERS.
Why do I do rip these shows and post them, to begin with? I am a staunch supporter of preserving media, and with Margaritaville TV, I knew it was going to be a project since even with the Virginia Beach, VA first broadcast did we see them hide the video after the show. My goal is to attempt to make copies of these shows because they fall into pieces of lost or hard to find media after the fact. The reason is that the live streams simply become inaccessible to the general public after the show. That is why I do what I do point blank - The archival of media that has become inaccessible to the general public. However the main rule that I do enforce and strictly (and have mentioned with sunlover) is my policy which is the following: IF it becomes available officially in a retail platform (such as if all these shows become on-demand on Margaritaville.tv) then all my links will become dead and would only be available on the On-demand/Disc platform.
A little bit more about my statement above regarding what I see as payment. Sunlover will be able to vouch for how I prefer not to get material goods for my services. I've actually tried to talk sunlover out 2 years ago from the Margaritaville.TV Key West Limited Edition T-Shirt. Being a content creator myself, I don't do it for the money or anything like that. I do it for the satisfaction of seeing comments from those who enjoy my work. Now, while I do make money from content that I produce in the form of commissioned projects, its never the amount to cover the full costs. I'll stay this publically after I was affected by the so-called YouTube 'Adpocalypse', I opened a pateron page. Now most would say "If you want to help us make quality content you can subscribe here to allow us to make more quality content" and such along those lines, when I announced it, I just flatly said, "I'm selling out" because it would help me get new equipment and upgrade my computer from a laptop from 2012 to produce videos faster. As you can see, I share the media here as a two-pronged way of not only giving to the Parrothead community but also to ensure the availability of media that has become inaccessible to the general public.
I do kindly ask, do not attempt to make a profit off these recordings. I will find out who is selling them and I will take proper steps if necessary. Do not ruin it for others. I don't wish to hide links behind direct messages.
