Good Morning. It was 54 degrees when I woke up, it's all the way up to a balmy 59 now. If this keeps up I'll have to start wearing pants again.

Pizza and beer for lunch and my music thread makes for a full day.

Was a pretty good Sunday.

I skipped the Broncos today, for the first time in my life.

Rockies are in the Playoffs.

Making Flank steak tacos for dinner.

Laundry is done.

No new spammers so far today.

Only bad part was E's knee was AWFUL today. Even broke out the crutches. Knee replacement is finally on the 16th, so it can't come soon enough.

I forgot to mention this earlier but 5 years ago I became considerably poorer than I was on September 30, I closed on my condo.

Isn't a condo just redistribution of your assets? That you can't touch.....ever?

That's one way of looking at it, but the money I used to pay for it was liquid assets. The condo isn't. Not that it matters, I don't plan on moving again. Unless I win the lottery. But I would have to start buying lottery tickets if I want to win.
