Good morning Linda. Car naming is a girl thing. Boats are another matter! Any boat big enough seems to have a name. Mine aren't big enough.

My car's name is "my car."

My car is "gone", we currently have only Mr. Lime's truck. I am on the lookout for some kind of zippy little convertible. Neighbor down the street is trying to sell their MR2 Spyder but they are asking too much.

After what my car has done to me in the past week or so, any name I would give it would probably get me banned from the board.

I watched the season premiere of Curb Your Enthusiasm last night. Disclaimer: I had never seen it before. When it first came on, I didn't get HBO. Then during its last 2 seasons I didn't have a TV. From everything I had heard about the show, I was expecting it to be really funny. My expectations were not met, 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

So what crazy news out of Las Vegas. We had been out to dinner last night and not logged on or had the TV on until this morning. Insanity.
I know there are many crossover Jimmy/country fans. I hope all our friends and family are safe and accounted for.

I was watching TV about 1:15 this morning and before I went to bed I went to the computer for one last check of my email. After checking, just for the hell of it, I went to the website of one of the local TV stations to check the news and they had a story about the shooting. It said there were 2 deaths and about 20-25 injured. When I woke up at about 7:00, it was up to 40 deaths and over 200 injured. Just now on the 6:00 news they said there are 59 deaths and 527 injured and the Clark County coroner's office said those numbers were "fluid" so the death toll may be even higher. I saw a story online earlier today that said the police found 19 weapons in the nut job's hotel room. On the news they said there were another 18 weapons, explosives and 1000's of rounds of ammunition in the guy's house. He died of a self inflicted gunshot. Why can't a$$holes like this just pop themselves and get it over with instead of taking innocent people with them?
