Good morning cj,Penny and Linda. I have never started the day with beer, Southern Comfort once, but no beer.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

define "start"...because technically 12:01 a.m. is the start of a new day and I'm pretty sure I've seen you drinking at that time of "day"

Good morning. As long as I've had my orange juice in the morning, I'm good to go with a beer.

There's a bar about 2 or 3 miles from me that's having a St. Patrick's Weekend party. It starts at 4:00 today, then 11:30 tomorrow. The announcement said:

Two days of green beer, corned beef & cabbage, entertainment and probably some bad decision making!

Morning, peeps. TGIF!

Mr. Lime will cook up a traditional corned beef dinner tomorrow. Love it...once a year.

And Keet has spring break so we get to see him this weekend.

Life is good. 8)

Even though I'm part Irish, I'm not a big fan of corned beef and I don't eat cabbage. I did have a corned beef sandwich at Tilted Kilt on St. Patrick's Day last year but since they closed back in November I can't do that this year.

The weather app on my phone says it's 72 degrees. I'm sitting on the patio at the Liberty Tap Room & Grill having a burger and drinking beer. 8) I decided to get a flight because they have quite a few beers I've never had before. Right now I'm having a Lenny Boy Booty Call Imperial IPA. I've had better booty calls.

Hi-Wire Lo-Pitch Juicy IPA was better than the Booty Call. Now that I'm back home I think I'll relax and watch some of the NCAA Tournament, it's about the only time I pay attention to basketball. I filled out 2 brackets, so far I'm 14-6 in one and 13-7 in the other with 12 games left in the first round. Not too bad considering I only watched one game from start to finish the entire regular season.

No corned beef and cabbage here. 2 of 3 of us love it, tho. :) When visiting my Mom today, they're having it for dinner tonight. She has no memory of ever eating or making it before. :( I told her to try it. She said she would. :)

E and I went with Mexican food tonight. :D We'll stay home tomorrow (so we don't have to deal with the idiots on the road) and I'm making shrimp scampi and pasta.

We're full of food and margaritas. YUM!!! :D
