1) We're watching a show (hosted by Neil Patrick Harris) called "Genius Junior". These kids are AMAZING with their knowledge.

2) I have a second interview (first one ever in my search) tomorrow at 1:00.

3) It's snowing like crazy, after a beautiful day. Need the moisture tho. Do I wish it was rain? Yeah.

4) I had an email from another company who told me they would have 'next steps' on my last interview by this Friday, but please let them know if I have any offers for another job so far.

5) I have a new phone interview on Thursday with what is a competitor of DIRECTV, but hey. I need a job.

6) I have to take my car to the dealer to check on the headlight and blinker that is out on the passenger front lights. Hope that is all that it is. Then I have to figure out what I want to do/can do/ to turn in the car because the lease is up next month.

I'm tired. Still have a good life, family, husband, son, sister/BIL, and you guys.

Good morning. One of my NCAA brackets is with Old Chicago Pizza & Tap Room. The prizes are all free food items and there's a different one for each round. For the first round (Thursday and Friday's games), it was 1 point for each correct pick. You needed 22 of 32 to get free tavern bites, basically an appetizer. I got exactly 22. In the second round (Saturday and Sunday), it was 2 points for each correct pick. You got a free order of boneless wings for 16 points. I got exactly 16 points. They sent me 2 emails last night, each with a code to be redeemed for my free food. Unfortunately, they have to be used by Wednesday. I have an appointment to donate blood tomorrow morning and they always say no alcohol for 24 hours after you donate so I guess I'll be going to Old Chicago today and Wednesday.

My other bracket is Carolina Ale House. It's harder to win in that one, the best score in each restaurant in the chain gets a $100 gift card. I'm tied for 6th at the Myrtle Beach location and 93rd nationwide. The problem with both of my brackets is that all of my teams in the south region have already lost so I get no points there the rest of the way.

Okay, off to interview. And today I've received two more requests, making that 4 interviews this week!!! One of them HAS to come through!!!

I got a message on Untappd that the Beer Den was having an event today, Manic Monday. They had a new beer that's a collaboration between 2 brewers from Charleston. I already had my usual 2 beer limit at Old Chicago but I can walk to the supermarket so I decided to go try Mexican Cake IPA. It's a tasty brew. I had a sample of another beer and I don't know if they had a bad batch or it's just a bad beer. It's supposed to be a sour ale but there was a popcorn-ish flavor on the back end.

On the bright side, I stopped at the make your own 6 pack section on the way out and they had 5 beers I've never had before. I didn't really need any beer (I know, blasphemy) but I grabbed those 5 and another I've already had to add to my stash in the fridge.

Larry, you would be proud. Second Hooters location in two days......Smoked Wings....Cold Beer.....Hooters.....

The one I had today is the one I'm hoping for the most.

That first one sounds interesting. I can't picture the taste. But I stay away from sours for the most part. Happy Beer Day!
