Morning Bill, Lime & BN.

We left Thursday for atv trip to WV getting back late yesterday afternoon.
Hubby met a group of guys from NC when he was there last Nov & we finally coordinated a date that all of us could go. There were 7 side by sides & 11 people. We almost backed out because it had snowed on Wed & the roads around here were crappy Thu morning (which is normal ) but ended up leaving a little later once temps got above freezing. Fri was beautiful there, 50ish & sunny. Sat however it started snowing around 9am & was still coming down heavy at 10pm. Ended up with about 10 inches of a very heavy snow. We were on the porch enjoying some adult beverages and could hear trees breaking & falling all around us. Ended up loosing power & we became concerned that we would be snowed in an extra day. Alas, when we got up yesterday morning, the sun was shinning again & the roads were clear. I always find it amazing how areas that get a lot of snow deal with clearing the roads SO much better than is done around my parts.
Anyway, now I have a ton of laundry to get done so if anyone wants to help, c'mon over

Up and about to get ready for another in-person interview this morning. Good thing that it's about 5 minutes from where I used to work, and they are a competitor. Don't care at this point.

Old Chicago has a different prize for every round of the tournament. I actually won 2 over the weekend, boneless wings and pepperoni rolls. By time I got there I had changed my mind and I had the pepperoni rolls instead. I can still get the wings but I have to go back either tomorrow or Wednesday, if I wait until Thursday the redemption code in the email will expire.

They also have a beer club that they call the World Beer Tour. You get a membership card and they swipe it every time you go so they can track the beers you've had. After 10 unique beers, I got a deck of Old Chicago playing cards. I hit 25 unique beers today and got a koozie that's designed to look like a hooded sweatshirt (I never use the word h**die).

We had a nice trip to Gruene Hall to see Jerry Jeff's birthday bash. He is still recovering from throat cancer, but improving.
He missed a few notes but that isn't unusual.

He did announce that was the last Gruene Hall Birthday show. He will continue the show at Paramount but 2 shows back to back is too much.

My only complaint was the drunk guy beside me....I got tired of him pouring beer on me, hitting me and being rude.
