Happy hump day everyone! Windy and cold here in OH. Gonna do some light house keeping and then gonna putz around in the kitchen. Hubby wants peanut butter pretzels and I wanna try a new recipe for Turtle Scones. (Caramel bits, pecans and chocolate drizzle) Have a great day!

Good morning. It's supposed to rain today so maybe I'll go grocery shopping, senior citizens get a 5% discount on Wednesdays.

Pascagoula native Jimmy Buffett is playing a rare, small show in South Mississippi. Buffett will play the Saenger Theater in Hattiesburg on Thursday, April 26.
Tickets to the show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at the Saenger Theater box office and at Eventbrite.com. There is a two-ticket limit per person.
He will be joined by his Acoustic Airmen — Coral Reefers Mac McAnally, Robert Greenidge, Eric Darken, Nadirah Shakoor and Tina Gullickson, along with special guests Sonny Landreth and ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro.

The American Red Cross sent me a $15 gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings because I donated platelets 10 times last year. BWW doesn't have Hooters girls but their wings aren't bad and they have a better beer selection than Hooters. Looks like another free lunch is coming up.

The Pelicans had their meet the team party today at one of the nightclubs at Broadway at the Beach. I got there and it was like trying to find a parking spot at the mall on Christmas Eve, I've never seen the place that crowded.
