Happy Buffett and Eagles Day!!! Finishing breakfast and then packing the truck with our tailgating supplies. Hope the rain holds off. Have a great weekend everybody!

Good morning. There were a lot of good choices at the Food Truck Festival last night, but it was so crowded. And they didn't have enough places to sit while you were eating. The beer garden had Bud Light, Coors Light and Miller Lite so I waited until after I was finished eating, left the festival and stopped at a place called Bumstead's Pub that's a couple of blocks away from where they had the festival. They have about a dozen beers on tap and another 100+ in cans and bottles. I had my first African beer, something called Tusker Lager from Kenya. It was Budweiser-ish.

What did ya get to eat from the trucks, Larry? We love the trucks we have in CO.

Off to Mom's in a bit.. Later E and I will be at our brewery for a new tapping, then out to dinner. We love this place.

I had a Cuban sandwich with yellow rice and beans. It was really good, except they had pulled pork in it instead of sliced pork. There were also trucks with Italian sausage, Polish sausage, hot dogs, pizza, BBQ, there must have been 30 or 40 trucks. I might go back tomorrow and try something else.

Molly, are you in Houston? I have a really good phriend in Houston! But, we being in central Ohio prefer football. Baseball is best when you're at the park! In my opinion.

I am in Spring....north of Houston.
I admit, I jumped on the Astros bandwagon late last season. But watched all the playoff games and all the games this season. I used to watch the games many years ago when Nolan Ryan pitched.
Naturally, it is more fun when they win, but I am sticking with them, so far.
And yes, it is more fun at the park, but I will enjoy the games from the comfort of my couch with food and a potty close by.

Hiya Rabz! We had a neighboring house torn down and burnt up over three weeks. The stench drifted into our house with all doors shut. I feel for you.
