Anybody hearing anything as to why Buffett is skipping Texas? He's got such a large break in his tour schedule from May 27 - June 23 that I have to hope more dates would be added. Plus that's typically the time that he would pass through The Woodlands and Frisco (sometimes Austin) in early June. Seems we're running out of time for him to announce and don't have any other shows nearby. Here's to hoping!

Don't think anyone knows, but here threads already started regarding the subject.

Early on it was believed that Jimmy was keeping that window of late May to late June open in case The Eagles wanted him for more shows. Jimmy also has a slot still open for a show in August as he as only announced 3 shows for that month and an October slot open as well

I would love to see Jimmy swing through Texas in October! However, he surly knows that August would be a non-starter.

Jimmy was in Austin Monday and Tuesday rehearsing at the Expo Center, apparently.

So - no Austin rehearsal gig this year.

But we can still hope for an Austin/Houston or Houston/Dallas pair of dates in October, I guess.

We'll be in Texas (Houston) in October so would love to catch a concert. Won't mind driving to Austin or Dallas either if the show is there. Fingers crossed . . . One my personal dentists lives there as well so it would be awesome to see them. Texas is an amazing place. Who knew I would go in there as a marketing consultant from Vancouver and leave with a lifelong friend who is a dentist.

Texas shows will happen in 2019, Jimmy skipped some of his regular tour stops this year in order to hit places he had not performed in at least 3 years

Maybe Billy Gibbons is not a Parrot Head and didn't want him in the state
