Not much going on - making a grocery and packing list today. E and I are spending a week at my sister & BIL's house watching their dogs, while they go on a cruise to Alaska. It's a beautiful home, and love the dogs.

Good morning, there's another heat advisory today.

There was a story on the 11:00 news last night about a new place that just opened called 810 Billiards & Bowling. They have 22 lanes of bowling, 6 pool tables, arcade games and a bar and restaurant. During the story they showed some people bowling. The bowling balls the place provides if you don't have your own look like giant pool balls. The owner has another location called 710 North Myrtle Beach, for the 7-10 split in bowling.

I have a CT scan this afternoon.....I would rather do anything but Dr wants it. I know how everyone "loves" barium. Ugh

There must be a cold front coming through, it's only 89 degrees and the heat index only made it to 102.

I survived!

Didn't have to drink barium but some koolaid type contrast. Had choice in flavors.
IV wasn't bad.
Now to wait on results.....

I ended up running to my local meat market, came home and threw some stew beef and veggies in the crockpot for an easy dinner tomorrow after work. Then for tonight I made some Stuffed Peppers. Cleaned up my mess in the kitchen and have been relaxing with a glass of wine.

Ahoy! The cat leaped on the bed at 5AM, purring his loud purr. I had to take a nap before working out this afternoon.

Got out of half of my ot today so I went to Sears outlet/scratch & dent to look for a chest freezer for the ice luge. They had 2 (1 was to small) but both were priced as if they were in a regular store So the search continues.

Listening to Buffett buffet, enjoying a beer & watching the pup run around the yard. Lovely way to finish the longest day of daylight! Happy 1st day of summer y'all
