Good afternoon. The Cubs played the Dodgers last night and the game was on ESPN. Five former Myrtle Beach Pelicans played for the Cubs. Two of them played here when I still lived in NY so I never saw them play, the other 3 were all on the team in 2016. One of them, a relief pitcher named Dillon Maples, pitched so poorly that about a month into the season he was demoted and almost got released by the Cubs. Now, 2 years later, he's pitching in the major leagues.

Afternoon kids!! We'll be heading downtown in a couple of hours. And if we're lucking enough to find her, Fish is in town for the show. It's currently 98 degrees. There is a slight breeze which helps. 
And a few clouds rolling in.
Had my interview this morning. Thought it went well, but I can't tell anymore.

We just had a bit of a surprise. An email that Ticketmaster sent was in my SPAM folder - they've changed our seats, and I think we're now on the field. If I hadn't looked, the tickets we have wouldn't have gotten us in. We really didn't want to be on the field. Can't see. What a mess.

There's also the question of cost. Are the new seats the same price as what we paid? Can't print the tickets, so we're going with the phone thing. Never used it. And it's only on my phone, so one of us has to have it to get in and out of the section. I'm PO'd.

Ahoy! We went shopping. I bought stuff in 4 stores, including art and gifts for next week. entering one store, I heard Hot Hot Hot. I was in a state of bliss.
