Have ya'll had your doctor disappear? This is the second time it has happened. Been trying to find our medical records but so far, no luck.

Sigh....the paint box is put away..kinda. I keep my stuff in a wheeled cooler for shows, then all paints go in a bin.

Yes. It closed and I don't know how to find him
I think he will reopen but no clue where or when. My Rxs are fine but Larry's will be due soon.

Does the doc participate in your insurance network - go online or call the insurance and ask. Ask the pharmacy, too, they might know where he moved.
