Yes. Coldest morning for xxxx years in Sydney they said on the news (I wasn't really paying attention, so I don't know how many years). My brothers place in Tamworth, NSW was -11°C (12°F).
Best thing is the acacia's (wattles) have started to flower. It means we are past half way.
Once they make full bloom there will be one more cold snap and then it starts the climb out of winter.
