Aloha! Well, when you're raising four sons, every day is Pandemonium Day! Hence, alcohol! A lovely cool morning here in the swamps of Jersey! First, a long walk, then, some much-needed gardening. How about you peeps? Enjoy!

Good morning BN, I'm up in the north Georgia mountains today. My stepdaughter is getting married. Yesterday was controlled pandemonium for the rehearsal, hopefully today will go smoothly. Fingers crossed for no rain, it's an outdoor wedding and yesterday was rather soggy.

Lovely start (temp wise) around here.
However, I'm having phone issues. It will turn on/off but screen stays black
Might have some pandemonium at the Verizon store

We are supposed to go to a pig roast/party this afternoon!
Happy Sat y'all

Good morning. I lead a very dull life so there will be no pandemonium here today.

I know everyone will be disappointed that I didn't let you know about this ahead of time - the Drive By Truckers were at the House of Blues last night. No, I didn't go.

Good morning! :)

Shopping day for Mom. And Peakview is having a "Broncos Day". Hope Mom will enjoy it. We'll plan to bring her groceries over in time for it.

There's a pedometer app on my phone. I just got a message telling me I'm off to a great start, I burned 1 more calorie than usual. Really, 1 more calorie is a "great" start?

The MLB Network is broadcasting the Mets game right now. The game is in Citi Field so they're using the Mets broadcast crew. The announcer just did a promo for an event being held at Citi Field next Saturday when the Mets are on a road trip - the New York Beer Fest. He said there will be more than 200 beers from more than 80 brewers. You can take the Long Island Railroad to Citi Field, the station is about a 5 minute walk from the ballpark. My last apartment on LI was 3 blocks from my local train station, I could get to Citi Field without getting into a car. Citi Field opened in 2009, I lived on LI until November, 2012. They never did this when I lived there. :(

Hiya big John! I thought of you while with Bern. We were in a huge store that had a cigar room. Bern has a few cigars a year, but was too sick to think about buying any to smoke.

Headed to Kemah to see your friend Van Wilks plays few tunes. It was pouring when we left the house but a few miles, it is sunshiny.
Gotta love Houston weather.

Correction, it was Thursday night, not last night.

It was a beautiful day. I took advantage of it by going to the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and having a flight of beers at the Inlet Tap Garden while I sat in the sun watching the paddle boarders and kayakers in the inlet. One of the waitresses was wearing a tank top that said BEER IS MY SPIRIT ANIMAL.

Coldest morning of winter so far.

-2 or 3°C.

A bit of frost so it was crunchy underfoot.

The water on the garden hose froze. I've never has that happen before.

Went to the pub for lunch. Sunday Roast. Slow roast lamb with lashings of gravy and vegies.

Cooking French Onion Soup for dinner.

Frozen hose? That's has to be cold for Oz.
