The wedding was awesome, great fun. Would have loved to be your NB but just too much travel and stuff lately, hit up NJ twice and then MA last weekend. Good morning all and Happy JB Day!
Not much going on here in Michigan. We are in the throes of "Operation Bedroom Redo" for Sophie so there has been a lot of spackling and paint color testing going on in her room. Her walls look like they have a bad case of poison ivy and/or the measles as she tries to get just the right color of gray.......
We have a tentative plan of a boat day with a friend for Sunday. Back in the day we always had a boat and would head to the inland lake about 4 miles north of us. We got the friend interested in boating and we did "Sunday Fundays" every summer Sunday. Haven't done it in several years since we sold our boat. Eric still has his and it has seen the water once this summer. Sophie has "pizza on the boat" as one of her summer Bucket List items so Eric decided it has to happen. There is a little convenience store that makes really good pizza and if you call ahead, they will bring it to the dock for a small fee. So much fun going through the no wake zone channel munching on breadsticks and pepperoni pizza. I think I may be more excited than she is
