You all sound like it was a pretty good day today. I know I had one. The place makes me smile. Tomorrow I go to MY building, and have more training. The gal (Carol) who is training me has a lot of knowledge, but not a lot of computer knowledge. She admits it. I showed just a couple of things today (Windows and IE related) she never knew about, and she was thrilled it. Even after only 3 days, I'm so happy with the choice I made. I actually had 3 more offers (never saw salary tho) after I accepted this, and I'm glad I took this one.

I had to go to the bank so I thought I'd go take care of financial business then go for a walk in the park. It's 93 degrees and the heat index is 104. A walk was not taken.

Our son is doing a 5 wk National Guard Combat training at Ft Irwin CA. We see on the weather channel it is 103 there. With 125 lbs of gear on his back I’m sure it feels like 203 degrees.

Godfather movies on AMC. I recorded MasterChef, so time to go watch it before it's time for bed. Another early start tomorrow. A little closer to home than I was this week tho, but it's always a traffic fiasco.
