What's everyone up to this weekend?

G'morning, BN!! Howdy Linda!!

Us? After our usual shopping for Mom Saturday morning, we're heading north to the Greeley area where Ron's has a Glock pistol competition. And because of the long drive back, we decided just to stay the night there. Looking forward to getting away for even a short time.

Off to the new job again.. it's been a long, but good, week.

Aloha Penny and Linda! Well, after a few weeks full of adventures, we are planning a quiet weekend. Maybe a few hours at the beach today, sunset cruise on the river on a friend's boat (ALWAYS better than owning your own, BTW), Saturday night tiki bar celebration for another friend's birthday (Moroccan Sheepherders, Lin), hanging in the back yard.

Good morning. I'm going to the Pelicans game tonight but other than that, no plans for the weekend. Maybe that's a good thing, it's supposed to rain tomorrow and Sunday.

Cheeseburger in Caseville starts this weekend.....2 hours up the road.
Johnny Russler & the Beach Bum Band plays Saturday night. Maybe a trip up there could be in the cards, although next weekend's schedule includes Jim Asbell & the Tropoholics & Jimmy & The Parrots, so decisions...decisions!

Heading to Houston for the weekend. Miranda Lambert tonight. Celebrating sister's birthday tomorrow with the family. Back to Aggieland on Sunday.

Ahh.. what a special memory.

That Jones Beach show was my first big BN trip. Flew from Flagstaff to JFK late Friday night/early Saturday morning. JOB picked me up and we headed out to the show. Tommy let me crash with him and got me to the airport for my 6am flight. First time I met the HOG, Moog, TropicAl, Shrinky, the Jens, Zeke, Moogy, JOB, Tommy and so many more. It was a whirlwind 36 hours.

Yea it was fun

It’s like the first time I met Smallchange. Her picture at Camden.

Oh well off to see Mission Impossible with Nicholas. Later.

We are surrounded by storm cells. The last few evenings we have had rolling thunder but only a few drops. Lots is rain in parts of Houston.

As a newish boat owner I am in full agreement.

There is a saying about your best days owning a boat will be the day you buy it and the day you sell it.

Loved the Sheepherders! Might have to plan my next trip up around their calendar.

I forgot about that!! Great memory.

Read back, and enjoyed catching up. We were going to go out for dinner/drinks within walking distance, but I'm just beat. It was a good week, but my brain is mush.
