I believe fall has arrived at Ringville. I like fall but I don't like getting out of bed while it's still so dark. However, in a few weeks when we "fall back" I'll be coming home from work in the dark. But, if this is the worst of my life problems I'm good.
Well said Linda. I mostly feel the same way. I like the colors when the leaves change but I know what season is going to follow & I'm not a fan of the cold.
Just gotta make it through 12hrs at work & it's my weekend off!

It's official now. I had to scrape frost off the car windows this morning and the thermometer outside reads 32 deg.
We just started running the furnace last week.

I'm at my home away from home in Vegas, the Yard House, 100+ beers on tap. I just had a flight of 4 beers I can't get back home and since they're only 4 ounce glasses I might have 4 more.

I had a feeling this was not another magical year.
I just hit all the expensive area stores....Dollar Tree.
Also stopped at Hobby Lobby and Big Lots.
It is considerably warmer today. And not as much wind.
I left the Yard House and went to a place called Hexx in the Paris Casino Hotel, a French themed place. I'm having a beer from Iceland. It's pretty good, Einstok Icelandic White Ale. The bartender is an Asian woman and she's smoking hot, except for a really f'ed up haircut. She has sort of a semi-mohawk.
I walked by Margaritaville, there's a sign outside that Caroline Jones is playing at 10:00. I should probably go back to the hotel and take a nap, and charge my phone.

Hiya Andrea. I'm fishing the Salmon river above Syracuse NY. There's a lot of fast water holding some 10 pound trout and king salmon that average 15 pounds. Some will go 30. I've hooked them that big, but yet to land one.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
