Good morning!
Still no shopping here, just getting a haircut and a stop at the grocery store.

Good morning Penny. After a couple of days in the 40s, it's 65 degrees already. Too bad it's been pouring down rain all morning.

Hiya Larry.

Clear skies here, but it's only 37. And a very windy day.

Raining here in Central Ohio for THE game. I'm feeling anxious about the outcome, but a Buckeye fan for life win or lose. Go Bucks. Planning on venturing out after the game to start shopping for the grandbabies.

41 degrees in Eastern Iowa. After a week & a half in the teens and 20’s, I’m sitting on my deck in a T-shirt & shorts, drinking coffee and doing the daily crossword puzzle.
And still trying to figure out how Iowa pulled off that last second win yesterday against Nebraska. It sure wasn’t because of their very over rated, under preforming quarterback.

Good morning BN. Low 70's and sunny forecast. No shopping again today. Gotta drive to north Georgia tomorrow and not looking forward to dealing with holiday traffic, may have to avoid Atlanta using back roads.

Good morning BN. The stars have aligned to allow real Doug to venture north for deer season. The guy loves WW2 and the Civil War. I obsess over some things, like how soon and many times he segues into those topics.

That was a great game! Did you see they had 6 inches of snow during the Washington game?

Yes. And now the rumor is Iowa will face Washington in the Holiday Bowl in San Diego on New Year’s Eve.
I’m checking airfares now.

This was the 111th Apple Cup game between the University of Washington Huskies and the Washington State University Cougars, first played in 1900. The game was at WSU in Pullman in eastern WA, about a 6 hour drive from Seattle.
The field was bare at the start of the game and after the game the victorius Huskies were making snow angels on the field.
They play Utah next weekend for the PAC12 championship. The winner will probably go to the Rose Bowl and the loser might well go to the Holiday Bowl.

Hey folks! I ventured to the mall today only because that’s where my hair salon is. But it was very empty. Which was fine with me so I actually went to 2 stores and bought myself a few things
Hit the gym, 2 food stores and lowes for some paint. Putting that on the corner fireplace wall in the basement just as an accent color wall.
Washer going now. Finally sat down for a few minutes before Kevin returns from a 6 hr shift at the Home Brew Store. And it’s now raining and oh so ugly outside. Glad I’m done running errands.

The rain stopped and the sun came out for a little while but it's nasty out again. I went to get the mail and it isn't raining but it feels like it might start again any minute, it's overcast and really damp. Oh well, there's lots of college football on TV today and my NY Islanders are playing the Carolina Hurricanes tonight so I can watch that game. I might even have a frosty beverage or 2.

Hope their week was 'okay' for them and the family.
Now go clean the toilet.

Good luck, love to see the BIG 10 do well in post season games. (Except TTUN) VERY happy with the outcome of our game today to say the least! Go Bucks! And Go Hawkeyes!

I'm watching a college football game, Minnesota is giving Wisconsin a beat down. A running back from Minnesota has scored 2 touchdowns and both times he just tossed the ball to the referee and jogged back to the bench. I couldn't believe it, he didn't start jumping around making an a$$ of himself like most of them do.

Or at least empty the litter box.

<---------- Never went to college. Have no loyal affiliation. I like all the CO teams. And E went to Oklahoma State, so that's the closest I get to cheering for college sports. I grew up with Pro sports (football, basketball, baseball, hockey), but these days I'm pretty much done with football. NFL as a whole kinda sucks, IMHO. Still enjoy baseball and hockey. Basketball? Eh. Too commercial, too.
Off my soap box now..
