I need a new mattress, bad. The sink hole in the middle has become an issue. Looking into Casper, Purple bed, etc but haven't done enough research to pick 1 yet. Any thoughts from you guys?SeattleParrotHead wrote: ↑December 5, 2018 11:20 pmOur mattress is pushing 20 too.... It's still firm and has great support, but there are furrows on each side of it where the two of us sleep. My wife blames my bulk (I'm 6'4" / 270 lbs) for my furrow, but I point out to her that her side seems to have the same sort of indentation from her 125 lbs..... We're planning on downsizing one of these days and are trying to wait until then to buy a new one.MsMod wrote:Cameron gave us a check tonight that's a Christmas present early to buy a new mattress/box spring. Ours is over 20 years old. I still like it, but we need more support.

We have a Simmons Beautyrest Black and absolutely love it. We can each climb into or out of bed without disturbing the other. I'll lay there and know my wife is getting up and not feel any movement at all. No waves in our pond!

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but sometimes they have really good ideas....

YIKES -- we're still getting news updates on the fatal gas explosion in the residential neighborhood 2 miles from us from last year. A LOT of finger pointing -- not our faultx3.

Nope. It got up to 62. Yesterday I brought in a small heater. Not supposed to have it, but I got it up to 71.

We've also got some type of Simmons mattress (King) and we love it.....we do NOT like the foam-type (had one of those in the past).....tend to sink in and not be able to get out, plus they tend to be very warm mattresses.tailgaitingph wrote: ↑December 6, 2018 8:23 amI like the sound of that.
