I realy need to work on my shopping. I only buy for Larry and Ryan but just have run out of ideas.

This is the fun part ! Don't get stressed - you'll find the perfect home. (speaking from the downsizing experience -- it may take awhile to feel like home but you'll get there. It was A LOT harder for me than Kevin -- maybe a female thing)

Ahoy! I got an email from jePH. His daughter won tickets to a John Prine interview with a few songs as well. They were told a wrong time and missed the show, but got to meet John afterwards. They got to visit with him and got pics, so he was happy with the outcome.

Looked at 5 places today and we came home and I cried. Because I realized it was going to take a long time for me to not think of this house as home, and because 1 place Bryan absolutely LOVED and I know he loved it but I just didn't. So we decided that a place we looked at a couple of months ago that we both could agree on, would be a good fit, so we are going to make an offer. So now its just a matter of timing and if we can get everything settled when we need to or if we will have to crash at my in laws for a few weeks in between.

Does your hubby have a cause or organization that is close to his heart? Perhaps a contribution in his honor?

I will find something. He is one that if he wants or needs something, he buys it himself
