Wonderful WEDNESDAY @ the MSC
Good morning world! We meet with our financial guy today to move money in the vast fortune that is our estate. I have some filled S&H Green stamp books that I've held onto. I wonder if they appreciated?
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Hey Bill!
Beautiful here today albeit a little chilly. At follow up ortho dr “neck”. Trying for an MRI before 12/31. Of course a neck fusion next yr will put me over my deductible anyway

Good luck Penny and Linda! Sending phin power to you both!
Back to work today, the inspection is tomorrow morning, and after that a dear friend from high school is stopping by for a quick visit on her way to her son's house. Then I am planning to finish my shopping so i can start baking this weekend! Have a great day everyone!

Happy hump day, y'all.
Little snowy dusting overnight. We're headed to Portland for a doctor appointment and then some shopping at a couple of gourmet groceries. We stock up on goodies whenever we're down there.![yum [smilie=yum.gif]](./images/smilies/yum.gif)

Afternoon BNers
Today is cloudy and I woke up wheezy and sneezy
I will be ok as soon as the drugs kick in....I hope.
It might be time to a trip to see my Dr.

Good grief. Who let this house get so cluttered???? Been trying to get living room cleaned up enough to put up a tree. At the rate I am going, it will be Easter.

Ahoy! We tied up some money in a 7 year plan and the rest I'm going to spend while I can. More fish hooks!
And paint!

And 12 Days of Brews has come to an end. I've had this one before and I thought it was average at best the first time. It hasn't gotten any better.

I went grocery shopping today and bought a Magic Hat 12 pack sampler. It's only 4 different beers but 3 of them are new to me. One is a lager, then a blonde ale and an English mild ale so I'm expecting to like all of them.

Re: Wonderful WEDNESDAY @ the MSC
Sooooo.. what I thought was a gonna be a slow day to catch up stuff, sure wasn't.
An 'inspector' from the State Joint Commission turned up unannounced at 7:30. We had a 'mock' survey (that's what they call an audit in the hospitals) from 2 Kindred employees who used to work for the JC. We passed that with a few problems. But this is the real thing. If we don't pass, they can shut the hospital down.
I only have one piece to the whole thing, but everyone is soooo stressed out.
My piece? I passed on the 'test'. But the lady who trained me? She's coming over tomorrow from the Denver hospital to make sure everything is as it should be.
Today was our Unit Secretary's birthday. Not quite like what you'd think as a 'secretary'. She takes care of ALL the Consent to Treat paperwork, and makes ALL the outside medical appointments for our patients. She also sits at the front desk, and I give her breaks, and cover when she's out. I like her. Several weeks ago, we were talking about food. We love salty pickles and olives. So I got her several jars of each and she was thrilled. LOL!!
Rambling.. I'm tired. Sweet dreams, all.

Re: Wonderful WEDNESDAY @ the MSC
The 12 Days Of Brews was a special 12 pack from a different store. I can make a 6 pack at the supermarket but when I looked at the mix & match section today they only had one beer I hadn't tried so I decided to go with a regular 12 pack.

I met up with Big John from Enola, PA and went to lunch with him and his girls... I showed them a few of the rainy city sights and then took them back to their hotel so that the girls could get fancied up for a concert they're going to tonight. Big John seems like a pretty good guy, but I wouldn't believe anything he says about me on here....

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but sometimes they have really good ideas....
