I hope everyone is ready for Christmas

Do you open gifts Christmas Eve or Christmas Day or some other time?

Good morning Molly and fellow BN'ers. You're up early. Looks like breakfast includes some Asian spam. I'll be dropping
off some gifts at the local hospital's maternity ward today. Been doing it every Christmas eve since 1985. :pirate:

Good morning Molly and John. That's a great gesture of giving, Big John! Anne buys clothes for kids given through a charity.
We are past giving gifts for each other, just the nieces and nephews get gifts. When Anne wants something, she will say" this can be my gift." I'm good with that, We do exchange with my bil that usually include knives for me. I'm good with that as well.

Good morning Molly, John, and Bill! :)

Cameron and I are working today. We'll open gifts tonight. Tomorrow is a fairly early day to get all of us out, pick up Mom and go out for an 11:30 lunch of Sushi. Hopefully she'll still like the food, as she did last year.

Off to that work place. It's 'payroll day', so I have 50+ time cards to approve by 9:00 am Mountain time.

Morning, peeps.

Shopping and wrapping is done, we open gifts on Christmas morning. House is clean. Technically working today but expecting it to be very slow so I'll help Mr. Lime prep for the Seven Fishes tonight. And Keet is here for a few days so I'm a happy camper. :wench:

Good Morning BN'ers!!

Putting in a few hrs. here at the workplace prepping some payroll for a few clients.
Since my wife passed 5+ years back I've been going Christmas Eve to my Daughter's place & doing sleepover for Grandkids early morning Christmas unwrapping. Always used to like the idea of opening 1 gift Christmas Eve & then go crazy Christmas morning, but whatever the household masses go with I'm onboard

Early Merry Christmas Gang!!

Merry Christmas to all the BNer's and there Families!!!

We do both , I will open with my Parents tonight. Then with the rest of the family on Christmas. Due to my sister goes to her in-laws on Christmas Eve , then the rest of the family comes down from MA ( 2 Brothers) on Christmas. This year , my brother from Fla. is here with his family. Haven't seen them in 2 or 3 years. So Christmas Eve is usually pretty quiet , dinner , and visiting a few friends for a cocktail.

Morning, BN. Half day at work. Then laundry and more cleaning.

No plans except for a casual dinner tomorrow.

Good morning. No plans, other than wandering around Las Vegas and deciding where I want to go for lunch and dinner. I won a free order of boneless wings in the Tilted Kilt college football contest and the Kilt is really close to the Flamingo so I'll probably end up there for lunch.

Saw my first ever overtime hockey game yesterday, the LA Kings beat the Golden Knights 4-3.

Morning BNers, again.

We open Christmas Eve. When I was young, someone in the Oklahoma area brought a pizza recipe home from their travels. My Mother started making handmade deep dish pizzas Christmas Eve. OMG So good.
Later in life, handmade became Pizza Hut and now, for us it is Dominos. I tried to make pizza one year.....very unsuccessful. So we rely on elves to deliver to us. :D

We also had big, fun, noisy Christmas Eves with grandparents...usually all 4, aunts, uncles, cousins and people that we 'adopted'....always an extra aunt. :D
But now, it is just the 3 of us so it is very low key.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU. ❤❤❤❤❤

Merry Christmas all!
When I was a kid, we opened our presents from each other on Christmas Eve and then got our big gift from Santa on Christmas morning. My wife's family did everything on Christmas morning. With our kids, things evolved and at first they got to pick one present to open on Christmas Eve and then did the rest on Christmas day but as they grew it became more like when I was a kid and ended up being gift(s) from Santa and Christmas Stockings on Christmas day.

Hey everyone! Was at the dr to talk about the neck MRI results. Jan 15 consult with dr who does the neck injections. Hoping to stay away from fusion for as long as possible.

Being raised in foster care from age 3-17 my holidays were minimal. When our kids were little we always did the gifts on Christmas morning. Stockings were Christmas Eve after church.

Soon heading to church for 5:00 service with Kevin’s mom and our son and grandson. Our daughter will be with her family at their church so we’ll catch up with them tomorrow when our entire family of 12 are here for dinner and opening gifts.

Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks to each of you for your part in my (and Kevin’s) life.

I'm at Tilted Kilt having my free boneless wings and a beer. Don't hate me for what I'm about to say. They have about 40 beers on tap plus another 15-20 in cans and bottles. I noticed the canned beers they have and one of them is Milwaukee's Best, which is what I'm drinking. I didn't even know they still made this so I decided to have one for old times sake. In no universe can Milwaukee's Best be considered the "best" anything but it's infinitely better than Blandshark. There must be something about being in Vegas, the last time I was here I had a Bud Light Platinum. :o

Larry-
Here in Eastern Iowa they sell Milwaukee’s “Best” for $1.50 per six-pack. Now you know why.

Ho ho ho.

It is now just post-Christmas day lunch here in Oz.

Just enough time for a nap before the next horde arrives.

Merry Christmas to one and all.

I won $8.15 in a Buffy The Vampire Slayer penny slot machine. I'll try not to spend it all in one place.
