I know the voices in my head aren't real, but sometimes they have really good ideas....

Afternoon BNers

Again, another gloomy day. We got solar powered chargers and there hasn't been enough sun to charge them 😛

Good afternoon! Slept in a little. Like an hour later than a work day. Hit our 11:00 church service which was the emptiest we’ve seen in many months. Probably a lot of folks out of town.

The sun is out and we’ve got tons of birds and woodpeckers visiting the suet feeders hanging on our fence. Fun to watch them dancing around.

We’re not defrocking the house of Christmas just yet. Probably later this week or next weekend.

Good afternoon. It's another mild late December day but it's been raining on and off. Looks like a good day to play couch potato.

Same here. It is 50° but seems so much colder.

I decided to venture to the mall to spend some of my Christmas gift $.

Side note.....Our son has borrowed my car for the week since his crapped out and will be at the mechanics mercy for at least a week.

Off to the mall in Kevin’s car I go. Finished my shopping and discovered the key to the car is comfortably laying on the front seat of the locked car 😳

Had to track down someone to get Kevin from our house and meet me at the mall. Sigh. At least the mall is open for another 30 mins

First time in my life I locked keys in a car. Hopefully the last time

I've only done it once. Over 30 years ago. What a pain, but glad it turned out okay.

Back when I was hauling my 3 teenagers and their friends around we had a full sized van and the buzzer that warned you that the key was in the ignition didn't work. I locked them in the ignition so many times I got a spare key cut and kept it in my purse! Cause I never left my purse in the van, just the key! 😂😂😂

I have locked my keys in the car more than once. One time I stopped for gas, took the keys out of the ignition and put them in the seat. As I was closing the car door, I hit the lock on the key fob. Opps. I called Larry and he drove by and didn't even stop....just hit unlock as he drove by.

One of the best things about my new car is it has a push button start. The keys are always in my pocket so unless I take my pants off before I get out of the car, I'm OK.
