Good Morning Folks!

What's everybody got going on today?

We finally completed the last of the de-frocking of our Christmas tree and will haul it to our german club and dump it on the "Eisfest" burn pile. We will watch it go up in flames on Jan 26.

Morning everyone!

Slept in until about 8 which felt wonderful. Sitting here debating about getting a second cup of coffee and maybe starting laundry. Keet has volleyball tournament this afternoon so we will be heading to the Detroit area about 12:30ish Got tickets to see Buffett at Pine Knob this year so I am excited for that. Been several years since I have gone to see him for a number of reasons; mostly because the fun had gone out of it due to crowd I run with. I am divorcing the crowd, so to speak, so now I can go back and enjoy the fun of the tailgate and dancing and singing and crying at all my favorite songs as they are played.

Hoping everyone has a great weekend!

Good morning Bn. We picked up some light displays in town at 17 degrees. A woman pulled up to my parked trailer and handed us a 10$ bill, thanked us and said to get some coffee on her. :D

Good morning, all. :)

In the last 24 hours we got about a foot of snow. Great for the moisture, but it's gonna be a challenge to get out of the parking lot. We have another DU (University of Denver) men's hockey game to go to tonight.

Otherwise, gotta take it a little easy, but doing some laundry and a few other chores.

Was gonna have a lady come and possibly buy our treadmill today. Was gonna move said treadmill from our bedroom to the living room for her inspection. Went to give hubby a hand and he had the door off the hinges. Uhmmm too wide for the doorway. We tried to wrangle it out, but then remembered it had been assembled IN the room! Measured the front door and that was barely wide enough! Cancelled the appointment with the nice lady, and hubby is now disassembling said treadmill. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I just got finished brushing both large hairy dogs and noticed that Beacon was drooling more than usual, so after much probing in his mouth, I popped out a piece of a stick that was stuck in there. Big goober likes to chew sticks. Now to run the vacuum, and start some laundry. Have a great Saturday Pholks!

Well, it's snowing here, so it's a good day to stay in and get some stuff done. Plus, I've been lax in the dog grooming department. They were way over due! Speaking of over due, is it too early for a margarita? πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‚πŸΉ

Hello all.
It started snowing here last night around 11:00 PM, and it’s still coming down. 5 inches so far- the forecast says it’ll keep snowing until 8:00 PM tonight. I’m supposed to go to a parrothead event tonight, and even made enough red beans & rice to feed about 25 people. (Original forecast said we’d get just under 2 inches).
Guess what I’ll probably be stuck eating for the next month. [smilie=asa.gif]

Had some leftover roast beef from earlier in the week. Chopped up some and made it into tacos.
OMG. Best tacos I ever made. :pirate:

Good afternoon. My checking account statement came in the mail yesterday and when I balanced my checkbook I was off by $0.07. I'm never off. (Well, at least not in my checking account balance. [smilie=graytard.gif]) If it was $0.09 it would be easy to find, that's a transposition, but with $0.07 I'll have to go back over every entry since last month's statement and check my math.

Oh yeah, there is a song about that! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‚πŸ˜˜ On my 3rd margarita🍹, fire going in the fireplace, chili simmering on the stove. Just need to pop the cornbread in the oven in a little while for dinner! Laundry is just about done, and it's still snowing! ❄❄❄

That would be me. I balance mine online about once a week or so. And I'm NEVER off, either. Years in banking/accounting will do that to ya. :)

Hi Garry! 10" here at our place. No red beans and rice here. :)

Hey everyone! :D We're out of here. Hockey in a few hours. Time to go check into the hotel. :D

TTFN!

Kept it simple. Just shredded cheese and hot sauce. :pirate:
