Good morning all. I'm watching the live broadcast from Punxsutawney, PA to see what Phil predicts.
If he sees his shadow, six more weeks of winter. If he doesn't, spring is just around the corner.
The crowd looks pretty big and some people have come as far as North Carolina, Michigan, and Arizona.
The temperature is about 4 degrees F.
And Phil has made his 133rd prediction. It is NO SHADOW, EARLY SPRING!

Good Morning Everyone!
I'll take Phil's prediction over our weather guessers any day ! They have been soooooo off this week.
Heading out for a church "focus" gathering for input on how to expand our physical building as we are bursting at the seams.
We're hosting a Chili/Soup cookoff tonight. There will be 9 entries and every one will be unique. Can't wait to see what we get.

Good morning all. I have two shrimp rings beside me thawing for the evening treats. Anne is heating a casserole for a crock off at noon. I'm hitting the hot tub soon. Life is good.
Phil's prediction helps too.

Good morning!
Slept in a little. Nice.
In the 60's today = more snow melting. A quick stop at Mom's for a few things.. Then check into hotel, dinner out, DU Men's hockey game, back to hotel. Tomorrow we'll stop at our favorite brewery for a birthday beer (7 years running), back home and Cameron is making me "brinner" - bacon and French Toast.. 20+ year tradition.
It's gonna be a great weekend!!

Just hanging out with the dogs and doing some cleaning today. Got new tires on my car last Saturday and still having issues with the drivers side front tire losing air, so Bryan is taking it back to the shop today to have them correct the problem. Have a great day peeps.

Good morning. I had my annual eye exam yesterday and the doctor told me my prescription changed but it was so slight that I didn't have to get new lenses unless I wanted to. Same thing happened last year so I'm sticking with my glasses from 2017. I'm not a fashionista, I don't need the latest style frames.

The coffee pot is empty and the dryer just shut off, I guess I should get off the couch and put the clean clothes away.

Hi All,
Well the tilers have (finally) finished.
So now I have a few tasks today:
Finishing painting the ceilings in the bathroom/toilet.
Fit the doorstops (without puncturing the waterproofing).
Replace a bunch of tap washers.
Find and fix where the water is getting into the ensuite vanity.
Mow.
Clean up the patio where the builders and tilers were working.
Find a place to store the spare tiles.
Go out and get some tile sealer.
Clean and seal the new tiles.
I thought Sunday was a day of rest...
It's 6.30 AM, coffee machine is on. Time to make a start.

I got tired just reading that, I think I need to sit down and catch my breath.

Raining hard today. Fed the birds. Have to pack for convention and finish my “monthly report”. Easy to put that off.

Oh there is one more task - cook the 'buffalo wings' I have had marinating for 24 hours. A well deserved treat.
