Good morning Nancy, and anyone else who's around. When I watched the 11:00 news last night, the weather guy said the high temperature along the shore was 59 degrees. About 4 or 5 miles inland, it was 75. It's probably going to be about the same today, except without the fog.

we'll be "down your way" for a few days end of May - beginning of June.....better have the same or better weather :)

Good morning all. I cancelled an eye appointment 55 miles away due to the weather. We have 2 new inches of snow, but with more coming and high winds blowing snow, we bailed.

Wise decision, Bill.

When you say "end of May" I hope that doesn't include Memorial Day Weekend. That's Bike Fest, there are thousands of bikers in town. I never go anywhere, all the bars and restaurants are packed.

We're coming in Thursday May 30 and leaving Sunday June 2. Hopefully that will be OK...

Just found this on-line.....

Heading home from business trip to Nashville. Easy to see why so many people who love music fall in love with the place. We’ll be back!

I went for a walk in the park this afternoon. I saw a woman walking a dog, one of those yappy little ba$tards. The dog, not the woman, was wearing a sun visor.

A very long day today and tomorrow is more of the same, except my boss asked me to bring in some margaritas, so tomorrow will be a good day!   I'm so exhausted that I'm hitting the shower and then the sheets. Goodnight BN!

:o :o     Love it!!!!! Good luck, and hopefully Friday will be a nice relief.

Snow, doggie pics, never been to Nashville, good/bad weather. Yep, the Cafe is normal. 8)

Work today was a little calmer, finally.
Back is awful. Both GP and back doc said I could use my sister's inversion table to see if that gives my back any relief.
Best news of the day? Cameron gave us $800 at Christmas to buy a new bed. Well, today we bought one. Ours is 15+ years old and still it good shape, but it's time. Delivery is Sunday. :D (Saturday will be cleaning out underneath the bed. :-? )

Wind is nuts. 20-30 mph gusts in the metro area. 70-80 mpg in the mountains/foothills.

I got some kinda bad news today. I have wet macular degeneration in one eye and dry in the other. I have been getting shots in the wet eye for years.
Today, it looks like the dry eye has turned wet.
Going back to my eye Dr in a month for a recheck and possibly start the same treatments in the right eye.
😔

Thank you Penny
Hoping the treatments are as successful in this eye as the other. 🤞

:( Sad news, Molly. The treatments have come far in a short time. Maybe we will see more advancement in the near future.

Actually, I am not too sad about this. I know the treatments have worked on my left eye. My Daddy was legally blind because of MD. Because of that, I have had my medical miracle. I so wish these treatments were possible for him.
But, I am going into this with a positive attitude.
