Oh so sorry to hear this. (Most folks around here have preapproval before entering into an agreement.)melon59 wrote: ↑February 17, 2019 12:30 pm Well....the buyer for our house couldn't get their financing approved, so they backed out. So, we in turn had to cancel our contract for the house we wanted to purchase. We have about a month left on the contract to sell with our realtor, but since this is the 2nd time this has happened, and we have done all repairs in order to pass inspection, we have decided that unless we get an offer for full asking price and 30 days after closing (so we can find a new place) we are just not going to move at this point. We will continue to clean out the junk that needs to go, and we will continue to enjoy our house, pool table and hot tub! Now, we just need to put some things back that have been packed away for the past 4 to 5 months, and leave some stuff packed to donate. At least I feel like I can reclaim my home and begin actually living here again.

That was great!LIPH wrote: ↑February 17, 2019 11:20 am I've been a hockey fan for more than 50 years. I'm a NY Islanders fan but I don't get to see too many of their games so I've been watching the Carolina Hurricanes, I get their games on my cable system. The Hurricanes started doing this thing after they win a home game, the whole team stays on the ice and they do a celebration. They do something different after each win. This was last night's celebration.
