Caffeine and Alcohol

I don't drink coffee and rarely drink a mudslide or margarita.
I do drink usually 2 Sprites, but no caffeine

I had to give up caffeine and carbonation......it was hard, but I feel a lot better now....Starbucks slipped me "real" coffee in my decaf latte the other day and I felt like crap after being off of it for eight months.....

Alcohol, usually with friends....maybe every other week or so.

Coffee... few times a week
Tea... few times a week

...nothing standard.

Soda never really took with me, don't stock it in fridge
prolly cuz Mom would only allow it on occasion. I hate cola, both Coke and Pepsi... hmmmm.
Given the shape of today's kids, I think it's got to be on the healthiest habits
(abstaining from sodas) a parent could teach their keets.

Drink alcohol? Yes, please!

Beer is what started rounding me up to size

..but now, I really only do it only socially now, anywhere from 1-2 nights per week

Coffee usually 5-6 mornings a week, but switched to mostly de-caf. Rarely drink soda, lots of juices and water.

Booze....3-4 nites a week, mostly just a beer or two watching some type of ballgame, weekends a few more.

I have coffee or tea every day. I don't drink on the nights i am working but my nights off i will have some wine or rum and diet cokes.

I drink a lot of iced tea, but try to have decaf as much as possible. Alcohol--occasionally, but not very often unless out to dinner or with friends. An occasional glass of wine at home but I can go weeks without having a glass.

a couple of teas or a Dr Pepper in the AM.....I can and have gone weeks without a drink!!..mostly in the winter though!!....rarely drink during the week!!

I drink about four big cups of coffee a day at work to keep me awake.
I have a beer or two about every night but on the weekends it's on!

I have 2 cups of coffee everyday to start the day, sometimes more if it's really cold outside or if I'm really tired.

usually 1-2 diet pepsis and a diet mountain dew daily, also 1-2 cups of green tea daily, a cup of tea after lunch on workdays.

some nights I'll have a beer or two in the evening after the kids are put to bed. on the weekends it's usually a couple more than just two

i have coffee everyday...not usually more than one or two cups...but i am no good without caffeine... i also drink diet coke on a regular basis...

As for alcohol...ive really cut back at the ripe age of 22...i used to drink 3 or 4 days a week...and sometimes way too much...now if i drink at all...its once a week...usually a friday or saturday...i can tell you i feel great...and although it it hard being in college and everyone going out and drinking all week long i keep busy with bball and school work...

if i do go out more than one night i try not to drink as much...i cant handle being hung over...im so unproductive....

One diet coke every morning
No caffine allowed after 6PM unless in is laced with RUM.

Usually a glass of wine each evening but then there are weeks with no wine...just depends on what is going on and the company we keep. We eat out most every night so I tend to have a glass of wine with dinner or maybe a martini......usually just one maybe two now.......I like a clear head in the AM!

In the am, I usually have the equivalent of a Starbuck small (I don't know what the ***** they call it, if there are 3 sizes and I order the smallest one, it's a small). I make it home and I need to start having half regular/half unleaded. I'd like to make it all unleaded - I don't need the caffine.

A soda at lunch but I'm starting to phase that out.

A beer at night every other night except after hockey on Mondays then it's 2 or 3.

Sometimes I drink tea in the morning, and I pretend to drink coffee on the weekend (less than a half cup when a third of it is milk and sugar to start out with). I can't do caffeine after 2 and sleep at night.

There's no rhyme or reason to my alcohol consumption- sometimes a glass or two of wine with dinner or a beer, not every night, but maybe once or twice a week, then the occasional well deserved overdue binge.

I would go out and have a few adult beverages tonight at Happy Hour except I only have $18 to last until payday on Friday. I can't count on the bartender at Hawaiian Tropic letting me drink free every time I go there.

My body is a temple which means that I can neither have alcohol or caffeine! Being from Utah, behind the Zion Curtain, I do not have temptation either.
