I have a really bad pic that as best as I can count looks like there are about 21 rows in each section. As far as chairs.....our chairs are 27 and 28 so my guess will be 30 across which looks about right from my pic. Big Top guess though.StlBeachBum wrote:Does anyone know how the seat numbering is set up for the A sections....
How many seats in each row, left to right, etc???

Thanks for the info. This will be my 3rd show @ Toyota Park, and I can't remember how the seating goes. I think I had one too many beers!Summerlover wrote:I have a really bad pic that as best as I can count looks like there are about 21 rows in each section. Last year, I was in the 22nd row of one of the A sections, and it was the last row. I also had seat 1, and it was on the right side of the section as you face the stage.StlBeachBum wrote:Thanks for the info. I signed in just to see how you did Shirley!! Sounds good, sort of like my GW tix off to the side but fairly close.Summerlover wrote:I threw some back and got B3 row 15. I will be happy unless I can pull an A center section.
Can't complain- very front and center in St Barts. Can't be any better than that.
Pam, it will never be as close as.................ScarletB wrote:I signed in just to see how you did Shirley!! Sounds good, sort of like my GW tix off to the side but fairly close.Summerlover wrote:I threw some back and got B3 row 15. I will be happy unless I can pull an A center section.

Because we can??? Oh do tell how well you score every year. I'm listening.MikeJW wrote:Why would anyone spend $150.00 per ticket after all the taxes and charges right now? That's just crazy when you can get these same tickets for around half the price on the week leading up to the show. JB tickets at Toyota (Alpine the tickets have much more value) have no resale value at all and people are always dumping tickets on craiglist for sometimes less than half the face.

I think it is just the difference in people's tolerance for ambiguity. I will make a lot of plans around the concert and want all my ducks in a row so nothing can malfunction on concert day.MikeJW wrote:Why would anyone spend $150.00 per ticket after all the taxes and charges right now? I second that!Summerlover wrote:Because we can??? Oh do tell how well you score every year. Getting screwed by someone the day of the show is not the kind of screwing I go for.

A number of reasons....MikeJW wrote:Why would anyone spend $150.00 per ticket after all the taxes and charges right now? Hey Steph, Toyota park isn't too bad of a venue, and yes it's fun, after all it is a JB concert, but the parking crew will try to park you in as tight as possible. We were told last year the cars need to be parked in double rows, and the front car had 4 feet in front of their car to tailgate, and the rear car had the 4 feet behind their car. So if you're the rear car, you will have 8 feet behind your car, but have to share it with the car behind you. Yes, what a mess.gumbo gal wrote:Hooray! I can make this show this year!
I've seen Jimmy many times when he played out at the World Music theatre in Tinley Park (or whatever name they're calling it these days). This will be my first time at Toyota Park. Any insider tips on tailgating, etc. will be welcomed and appreciated. We are staying at the Chicago Midway hotel complex (Fairfield Inn). Can't wait to see everyone!
