The Central Texas PHC (Austin) has arranged for some tailgate fun.
We've got Jerry Diaz playing music. Rumors of a lot of moonshine jello shots. Our partner, Soap Creek Saloon, is making some amazing BBQ and Mexican Martinis (yum!). The Soap Creek Saloon will have a charge for the BBQ and drinks, but I've had their cooking before and it's wonderful.

We'll be setup in Lot A. Look for us!

What lot are we trying to get into? I read earlier that CTPHC is setting up in A. For some reason I was thinking F, just because it was closer to the RV parking.

I will most likely be texting to find everyone. We have to drop our puppy at the kennel at 7:30 so we will be pushing it to be there by 9:00.

Are we doing any 'organized' food? I will be bringing some chex mix and snacky type food. I am sure there will be plenty around to buy and if it is a PH club doing raising funds for charity, I would just as soon donate and not haul so much for the day. We are always low on space it the car, the cooler takes up the back seat

Can't wait, less than 24 hours and the Buffett weekend will be underway!!!!

just received an email with the better image parking image..looks like A may be the place to be, they do not even show F highlighted in this graphic...Also shows A opens at noon today so may be full by tomorrow morning as well....Always fun learning a new venue I guess

i've got a VERY small grill I am brining. if you want to bring something to add to it, please do.

I did buy an extra parking spot so we will have a little extra some room to spread out where we park.

I'll post where we are for those that don't meet up with us tomorrow morning and drive in. I've got a bright blue EZ up and we will have an Aggie flag hanging from it. I don't have a BN flag so Molly, if you have one, please bring yours.

Our cold front will move through overnight tonight. Ahead of it, well see a chance for showers tonight in the Hill Country, increasing east into Thursday morning.
Rain totals look to stay less that 0.20" area-wide, with isolated spots up to an inch.

Behind the cold front, windy, dry, and cool air will move in during the day on Thursday. Highs start in the 60s on Thursday morning and drop to the 40s by the night. Winds will pick up 10-20mph from the north, with gusts up to 35mph.

I have a BN Flag, I will try to remember to bring it. We will pick up some sausage and tortillas for the grill as well, I will also bring some mustard. We will be in the red mitsubishi spyder convertible with the little fin on the antenna. We will be there as close to 9 as possible. If it only gets to 60 degrees, I may not need layers, I will just need my sweatshirt .
Lot A sounds good to me. Wish we could get there earlier but the Vet where we board our pup does not open until 7:30. Although the toll road is 80 mile an hour so we do make really good time once we get on it
