I have booked a room in the Quality Suites, 0.5 miles from the Clarion. Can we still attend the pre-concert party on Mon. night or is this only for guests of the hotel? We would also like to hook up with a caravan going to tailgate.

Anyone can come to the party. There may be a small charge if you're not staying overnight....but not 100% sure. I'll find out.

Everyone in the caravan MUST have a premier parking ticket.

Does anyone have a room reserved at the Holiday Inn on Campbells Run Road they won't be using? PM if so, I would like to assume your reservation.

Also, if anyone is looking for a bus ride to/from the concert, my friend Scott puts together a group every year. This year he is worrying about filling the bus, so if anyone is interested, contact him immediately!

It will be a newer Myers air-conditioned passenger bus w/bathroom. The pickups will be Murrysville, Greentree and the Holiday Inn parking lot. $15/each round-trip ride. Email your reservations to smcfall@protechtraining.com.

Thanks so much for helping us. We have found some premier parking passes
online for $60. We have a total of 9 people and our tailgating gear, so we
are not interested in riding the bus. Do the passes get us into the lot
sooner than regular parking or are they just closer. We usually pay at the
lot in Bristow, so the pass is new to us. Any thoughts? See you at the Clarion!

Phins up everyone. I have just joined and am thinking about coming up to the Pittsburgh show. We usually go to Bristow, but we might be getting screwed on the tailgate this year, as you know. Would anyone be willing to offer some info as to parking and tailgating at this venue? This is an important part of the experience since you meet so many people and I really am looking forward to a great tailgate. Thanks and phins up.

I'm also from VA and usually go to Nissan Pavilion; just bought tickets for the Post-Gazette show because of the still-in-place anti-tailgating policy by the Jiffy Lube Live management. Since my wife is from the 'Burgh, Post-Gazette is a natural. What time to the lots open (or should I say, when do they start letting everyone in because of the traffic backing up at the gates)?

Can't wait to see my first Pittsburgh show--went to the Zac Brown Band show Saturday, so the tent, grill, FCM and porta-john are out and ready to go!

They usually say 2:00, b-ut traffic will be backed up to 22/30 by 2:00. They will probably open by 1:00 if not sooner.

You guys been on livenation lately? They have tickets available in every section, including the lawn. Looks to be about 1000 total. Scalpers are going to get scalped this year.

There was an internal hold on tix. Just released. Not many it is still sold out. There are a few VIP seats that are open

Just checked LiveNation and there are lots of tickets available now....even some in SEC 1,2, and 3. Seats in the back sections (some under roof) are the same price as lawn tickets. Never thought I'd ever see that!
