Shuttle on Friday is set, if you plan on utilizing this service, please contact Jessica to set up p/u time and # of pholks. Earlier the better. Shuttle will begin running at 3pm on Friday.

Today....we are suffering from a state of significant depression!! Sadly, we won't be making the trek from Colorado

with less than 3 weeks to go, the excitement level is definitely building! Anyone else gonna be partying in the premiere parking lot??? can't wait to pop-up our ILLINI tent and get the party started!!!!!

Is there any "Official" word out regarding the gate opening time, early entry fee, etc from Alpine? The flow of communication was very poor last year, making for plenty of confused and pi**ed *ff parrotheads. Adding to the "fun" was parking many busses in the lowest spots in their lot after all of the rain. We luckily were able to push our own bus out, but many others were not as fortunate.

Just trying to figure out when we should be leaving homebase and how much $$$ to tell everyone to bring for parking and other forms of extortion.

Despite how this message sounds, I am REALLY looking forward to this concert. Once inside the lots, fun will be had by all, and levels of merriment mere inches from the limit of the law (but I won't say which side!) will commence.

More than likely they're probably going with the unofficial "early entry" like last year....

After how much money they have made and will make on us, they should cut the crap, open the gates without the 1pm upcharge, and at least spell BUFFETT right!

Same as last year, we will be providing staging at Hemingways on Saturday for pretailgating. If you are parking and carpooling, please use the grass area to park or follow parking attendants directions. Can stage 12 buses so call ahead please. Tailgating ALLOWED (but try to buy something so we stay in business LOL)

We open at 10am, entertainment starts at 11 with Mr. Myers solo, then ILO will play from noon to 1pm and do a meet and greet before and after signing his new cd, Mr, Myers to play from 1-2p.

COST: FREE

We are 15 minutes from Alpine so you still get there and in early.

My buses will depart between 2-3.
